At the end of the school year, I make the card for my daycare provider and we all chip in for the gift. Last year I made a word book. This year, I decided to try the exploding box. I am so happy that I did! Here it is:

And when you take the top off, boom! The sides fall down and each has a picture of one of the four kids that go to our daycare.
I literally followed JenL's directions that I posted a link to above so if you would like directions for making a box, please go to her awesome post! It was way easier than I thought it would be to make and it didn't take me long at all!! If you have been waiting to try one, wait no longer! I was surprised that it was way easier than I thought it was going to be! Good luck!
